

Sean Glodek
Since July 2019, Sean has served as a Vice-Chairman of CT Bright Holdings, a wholly owned
investment subsidiary of C.P. Group, where he coordinates investment activities and strategic
partnerships for the Chairman’s office across C.P. Group companies. He has also served as a Senior
Advisor to C.P. Group Chairman Soopakij Chearavanont since July 2018.
Before joining CPG, Sean spent six years in Moscow as a founding member and Deputy CEO of the
Russian Direct Investment Fund (“RDIF”), a $10 billion investment fund focused on Russia. Prior to
RDIF, Sean was a director at Darby Private Equity (Franklin Templeton) based in Poland, managing
investment funds focused on Eastern Europe and earlier an Associate at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice
focused on European transactions. Before moving to private equity, Sean was a consumer focused
M&A banker at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers in New York and a co-founder
of Surplex.com in Germany. He was a board member of publicly listed Moscow Exchange and Detsky
Mir.
Sean graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and Stanford
University (BA in Economics with Honours)
